OREANDA-NEWS. July 19, 2011. SORAINEN Lithuania advised Aegis Group, a global leader in marketing communications and market research, on its acquisition of Creative Media Services (CMS), a full-service media agency in Lithuania, reported the press-centre of SORAINEN.

CMS services clients in all areas of media planning, buying and research and is a major player in the Lithuanian market. Following the acquisition, CMS will become part of Aegis Media's Vizeum network in the Baltic region.

SORAINEN advised throughout the acquisition process, including legal due diligence, drafting transaction documentation, and negotiations. The SORAINEN team was led by partner Laimonas Skibarka and senior associate Mantas Petkevicius.
