OREANDA-NEWS. July 18, 2011. A Khabarovsk branch of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company has extended the ship owners’ liability insurance contract regarding the Barguzin vessel owned by Selat Marine Ltd. The contract stipulates a liability limit of USD 8m.
