As of July 18, 2011 quotation of ordinary shares of JSK " IRKUTSKKABEL" (RTS Board ticker – ikbl) will be halted, due to the information on a shareholder’s offer to buy out these securities made in compliance with the federal law "On Joint Stock Companies", article 84.8. The list of shareholders whose stocks will be bought will be drawn up roughlyas of July 30, 2011.
