OREANDA-NEWS. July 18, 2011. Participants of the expanded session of board of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine have summed up progress of economy and social area of Ukraine for I half-year 2011.

The deputy minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Volodymyr Bandurov noted, that as a whole of a task in view of social and economic progress of Ukraine on І half-year 2011 in a branch and regional cut was executed with advantage: "Dynamic of the basic parameters of social and economic progress of the country in the first half-year of this year provides the way positively to estimate prospects of progress of the Ukrainian economy".

As he said, for this period there was an increase of a level of GDP, growth of industrial production, mechanical engineering, a gain of volumes of manufacture of agricultural production, growth of volumes of investments. "The increase of investment activity both internal and external investors, and the state, in particular, on construction of infrastructural objects under Euro-2012, assisted acceleration of escalating of volumes of construction over expected parameters", - the deputy minister emphasized.

"In the first half-year the price situation in the country remained stable, the consumer price index din not left for predicted limits", - Volodymyr Bandurov noted, having added, that thus growth of actual wages advanced a gain of inflation: "Thus, the population was in fact protected from inflation".

The official named the important result of this period - stabilization of the state financial system to that introduction of tax reform assisted.

According to the deputy minister, one more problem is maintenance of stable increase of incomes of the population that will expand a consumer demand and a possibility of investment of citizens in domestic economy.

"The primary goals in social and economic progress of Ukraine for I half-year of this year is executed – it is provided growth of economy, stabilization of public finances and on this basis - improvement of well-being of our citizens ", - Volodymyr Bandurov emphasized.

Besides during talks the project of the State program of economic and social development of Ukraine for 2012 which on consideration of board was presented by the First deputy minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine Volodymyr Bandurov.

As he said, the primary objective of the program was growth of well-being and improvement of quality of a life of the population due to maintenance of positive structural shifts in economy.

"The state program covers all the basic directions of a state policy in area of economic progress, and unites various forms of the state support - for each specific target the optimum way of its performance " is chosen, - Volodymyr Bandurov has noted.

The first deputy minister noted that regions were joined to work on the program, having presented own forecasts of social and economic progress for next year, with the indication of the list of actions, which had to carry out to reach appropriating parameters: "Together with local enforcement authorities the list of projects which will be realized at a regional level by means of the Cabinet of Ukraine has been certain".

The official said, that for support of points of economic growth at nation-wide and regional levels it was offered - realization of projects in aviation, space, ship-building areas, and progresses of manufacture of agricultural machinery. The basic priority of the state economic policy in extracting branch was expansion of own extraction of power and other resources.

At the same time, the complex of actions in energy area provides progress nuclear and water-power engineering, increase energy efficiency of production and household consumption of energy resources.

With a view of an increase of production of agriculture, progress of a domestic agriculture, in the project of the State program the complex of the actions which have been directed on support of plant growing, animal industries, fishery and fish culture, creation and progress of an agricultural infrastructure, social development of village is stipulated.

He stressed, that 2012 year became a year of completion of the State program on preparation for carrying out in Ukraine a final part of the championship of the Europe on football, and year of carrying out of the Championship.

In the project of the State program the measures on progress automobile, railway, aviation and a water communication also are stipulated.
