OREANDA-NEWS. July 18, 2011. Tax analysts become more precise in the forecasts. This was started at a session of a board by the deputy chairman of the State Tax Service of Ukraine Oleksandr Klymenko.

As he said, break between expected and actual takings to the budget is reduced. In June the difference between forecasts and actual deliveries has made 8% whereas in May it was 10%, in April - 19%.

"Never before anybody could reach absolute accuracy, but to aspire to it we must. In the near future we plan to make some more steps for improvement of quality of our departmental analytics", - Oleksandr Klymenko noted.

Official stressed that actual payment of taxes has exceeded predicted parameters.

"On the beginning of year it supposed underfulfilments of the plan on takings of the VAT and the profit tax. But on a result of five months of current year we have 5 billion UAH of additional deliveries. Therefore I call up you to get rid of extra pessimism and captiously to estimate a condition of economy and prospect of the enterprises", - Oleksandr Klymenko noted, addressing to participants of the board.

He promised, that forecast-analytical groups in regional divisions of the STS will amplify first of all new procedures and qualified personnel.

"An accuracy of our data is a basis for acceptance of administrative decisions by all authorities, therefore the measure of our responsibility before a society and the state is extremely great", - Oleksandr Klymenko summed up.
