OREANDA-NEWS. July 15, 2011. The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine takes of a resolute position concerning an indispensability of development and realization by participants of internal markets of air transportations and airport services of the precise plan of joint actions under the decision of the vital issues in this area, intended for maintenance of passengers with the qualitative aircraft service on fair - economically proved payment. It was emphasized by the First deputy chairman of Committee Rafael Kuzmin during meeting with top-managers of the aviation branch.

In particular, such cooperation should provide actions which result should become an establishment of competitive prices of air transportations, first of all, internal connection, introduction of fair, diligent and transparent rules of interoperability between airlines and the airports. In turn it should lead to falling price for air tickets.

"If all these steps are successful, the Antimonopoly Committee will not apply to violators of competition law in the airline industry maximum fines. We are interested that consumers are pleased with the quality and cost of air travel. The latter must appear in a significant increase in opportunities for our citizens to use air transport. To do this, air carrier and airports should find common ground, to find and implement ways to implement the important task", - Rafael Kuzmin said.

Participants of meeting supported a position of the Committee and should provide to the Committee the offer on perfection tariff formation on air transportations.
