OREANDA-NEWS. July 15, 2011. Sviaz-Bank held the annual General Meeting of its shareholders in Moscow. The shareholders approved the Bank’s annual report for the financial year 2010 and the annual financial statements, including the profit-and-loss account, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The shareholders voted to elect Anatoly Tikhonov, Sergey Lykov, Mikhail Sinelin, Vladimir Minin, Pyotr Fradkov, Denis Nozdrachev, Alexander Kiselev, and Denis Chuiko members of the Bank’s Board of Directors.

Ernst & Young Limited Liability Company was approved as the Bank’s external auditor for the year 2011.
