OREANDA-NEWS. July 15, 2011. The annual General Meeting of Sviaz-Bank’s shareholders on June 30, 2011 voted to approve Ernst & Young LLC as the Bank’s external auditor in 2011, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

An auditing company, Ernst & Young LLC is a member of the Russian Audit Chamber, which is a nonprofit partnership (Certificate No.3028 of May 20, 2009).

The Bank’s books and records for 2008, 2009, and 2010 were examined by Ernst & Young Vneshaudit CJSC in accordance with the International Standards of Audit (ISA) and rules prescribed by Russian laws.

The Bank’s books and records for the period between 2002 and 2007 were examined by Deloitte & Touche CIS in accordance with the International Standards of Audit.

The Bank’s books and records for the years 2004 to 2007 were examined by the St.Petersburg Bank Audit LLC in accordance with the standards laid down in Russian laws.
