OREANDA-NEWS. July 14, 2011. The National Entrepreneurship Support Fund under the Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan reports that up to date it was spent 59.44% of concessional loans to businesses provided this year.

The Fund informs that this year concessional loans for 74.3 million manat have been given to 895 entrepreneurs.

"Of them, 63.6 million manat of loans were given for 48 large investment projects, and 10.7 million manat for 847 small projects,” –the report says. At that 18 million manat fell on the share of Baku.

Due to provided loans 3580 new work places will open including 920 places in Baku.

This year, the Fund plans to extend loans for 125 million manat, including 91 million manat due to repayment of the previously given loan finances and 34 million manat at the expense of budget assignments designed for 2011.
