TANECO Summarized Results for First Half of 2011
OREANDA-NEWS. July 14, 2011. According to General Director Khamza Bagmanov the purposeful and important work of JSC Tatneft on implementation of its priority investment project in a difficult post-crisis period was ensured by a stable target funding and material and technical supplies. This allowed us to proceed to a large-scale integrated testing of optimized process configuration of CDU-VDU, offsite and auxiliary facilities. 156 thousand tons of crude oil was received from main pipeline Transneft. 89 thousand tons of crude oil was processed on CDU-VDU and the following final certified products were produced: 9,2 thousand tons of stable naphtha, 10,4 thousand tons of furnace oil and 70,4 thousand tons of process fuel for export.
Within the first half of 2011 the Investor has allocated about 16,6 bln. rubles for Project implementation thus from the beginning of construction the total financing makes more than 200 bln. rubles. This year the investment disbursement totals 13,7 bln. rubles and from the beginning of the construction it makes about 140 bln. rubles.
During the period of report 115,5 thousand of equipment items and 1,5 mln. pieces of materials to the total amount of 3,8 bln. rubles were supplied and released into installation to the amount of 8,6 bln. rubles.
Construction work implementation in running totals 61 bln. rubles, and in 2011 – about 7 bln. rubles. Despite the fact that the gross average monthly rates decline, some significant and time-consuming works on elimination of defects are left requiring the hand labor and need to be done in cramped conditions.
Summing up the performed works results, Bagmanov Khamza, TANECO General Director expressed his gratitude to RT President Rustam Minnikhanov for earnest support in the mobilization of national resources and to JSC "Tatneft" management for duly made challenging decision on all reasonable proposals, thus speeding up the equipment and materials supplies.
TANECO pays great attention to the Human Resourcing. High requirements are imposed to the operational staff considering the unique character of the Project, complexity of technologies and equipment. The systems approach applied in the company makes it possible thoroughly evaluate candidates and select the most qualified, educated employees with an active lifestyle and desire to develop and improve the knowledge and skills. Currently, the total number of TANECO staff makes 2160 people.
The main goal of social company policy is to attract and involve highly qualified personnel. Therefore, the existing programs in health, recreation, housing, set forth in the Trade Union Contract, strengthen TANECO positions as prestigious and rightful place of work. They give employees confidence in the future and ensure decent living conditions.
For the first half of the year a total sum of payments under the Trade Union Contract made 64,6 mln. rubles. For the accounting period 26 workers of the company have improved their living conditions, receiving apartments on a social mortgage, 189 workers try to purchase the apartment on the installment plan. In future TANECO employees shall have the possibility to solve the problem with the housing, for this purpose 5 apartment houses were built in microdistrict 34. Distinctive aspect of new district is most up-to-date kinder garden “Baby Sunflower”, constructed due to JSC Tatneft. At present average age of TANECO employees is 35 years. The status of young professional gives an opportunity to a newcomer for social support, skill upgrade and career development.
