OREANDA-NEWS. Kazcat (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that a special general meeting of the company's shareholders will begin on August 11, 2011 at 12:00 o'clock, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The sole issue on the said meeting's agenda is appointing of a new member of the Board of Directors.

The said meeting will take place at Al-Farabi ave. 19, pavilion 2b, 8th floor, office 805, Almaty. Registration of meeting participants will begin at 11:00 o'clock.

The list of shareholders entitled to taking part in the said meeting will be drawn up as of August 8, 2011.

In case of quorum absence a repeated meeting of the Company' shareholders will be held at August 12, 2011 at the same time and premises.

Shareholders can obtain details of the meeting's agenda not less than 10 days before the meeting date, at Al-Farabi ave. 19, pavilion 2b, 8th floor, office 805, Almaty.
