OREANDA-NEWS. July 14, 2011. The law of Ukraine "On agrarian cadastre" solves a number of the problems of agriculture. The First deputy minister of agrarian policy and the food Mykola Bezuglyi commented on acceptance of this law by the Verhovna Rada of Ukraine at a press conference in Club of the Cabinet of Ministers.

He noted, that acceptance of the law on agrarian cadastre testifies that the Government and the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and the food consistently fulfil the promises on carrying out of the land reform. "The law basic as it answers many problem questions which have been saved up in branch. It has social, legal and economic value", - the official declared.

According to Mykola Bezuglyi, the law contains essentially new positions. First of all, the First Deputy minister noted the simplified procedure of registration of a plot by a proprietor.

It is stipulated, that the analysis of documents will be done by regional or city territorial bodies. Thus the law defines, that a plot in an agrarian cadastre should be registered within 14 working days from the moment of sending of all necessary documents. "The registration is simplified, and it reduces to assignment to the plot of cadastral number", - he emphasized. Mykola Bezuglyi noted that the list of these documents neatly is written, and anybody from officials on seats cannot require additional documents.

Also the refusal of the state certificates on paper carriers as the basic document which will certify the right of a private property is stipulated. But electronic carriers will be used. The law also had some the important social aspects, Mykola Bezuglyi added. In particular, compulsion of reflection of the information of the state agrarian cadastre, in particular, in the Internet, and an easy approach to it except for confidential information is stipulated.

The First deputy Minister noted that already from autumn legislative work on the land reform in the Parliament will be proceed: "It in particular concerns laws on the market of land and on the responsibility".
