Russian – American Conference on Antimonopoly Policy Held in Moscow
OREANDA-NEWS. July 14, 2011. “Only Judicial Authorities have the right to decide what is fair and what is not. Any company can challenge FAS Russia’s decisions at a court of law”, stated the Head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) Igor Artemyev, opening the Second Russian – American Conference “Specifics of Legal Proceedings on Antimonopoly Cases”, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

Igor Artemyev believes that robust efforts of the antimonopoly authority and judicial community are changing the contract practice of many companies. “It is necessary to get rid of the heritage of the USSR, excessive monopolization of Russian economy.
