OREANDA-NEWS. July 13, 2011. Allianz Ukraine Insurance Company has developed a new program of comprehensive motor insurance called “VIP Formula”. The product has been designed with owners of forty-thousand-dollar-cars and more expensive cars in mind and takes into consideration severe customer requirements to customer service and quality of insurance coverage.

One of the main distinctive features of the new program is maximum insurance coverage. The customer receives protection not only from insurance risks listed in the agreement, but from any unexpected external risk. The policy covers any and all loss incurred by the car, even in cases which are difficult to foresee: a car falls into a hole in the pavement caused by the heat outside, a car is damaged by water as a result of a pipeline break etc. In addition, the agreement provides for indemnification only based on the invoices issued of the policy holder’s warranty service station. Insurance coverage is always non-aggregate: it goes down irrespectively of prior payments. Payments as such are made exclusively of depreciation.

Another distinctive feature of the product is the service element, thanks to which “VIP Formula” meets the requirements of the most demanding car owners. Under the terms of the program, the customer gets additional information support called “Support on the road” from the insurance company. The driver will be able to receive reference information on the nearest first-aid posts, pharmacies, service stations and their working hours. The “free evacuator” service limit in the new product amounts to UAH 2,000. The program provides for a streamline claim settlement procedure. Each customer will be assigned a personal support manager for the entire period of claim settlement up to the moment of indemnification.
