OREANDA-NEWS. July 13, 2011. To the rules of transportation of passengers, luggage, cargo and mails by railway transport will be made variations. The appropriating project of the order of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine "On the statement of variations in the Rules of transportation of passengers, luggage, cargo and mails by railway transport" is promulgated on an official site of the Ministry in section "Regulator activity".

First of all offered by draft order changes related to adjustment of conditions of return of travel papers, transportation documents for auto carrier and specifications of conditions of travel of persons which have benefits according to the current legislation. In particular, the right to travel free in the suburban connection will have children from large families if they have appropriating certificates.

Also by the project is stipulated to expand area of services on transportation of hand luggage, to establish the order of conducting and storage of the book of complaints, to concretize conditions and cost of transportation of large dogs and little animal and room decorative birds and so on.

The project is developed to improve the quality of service of the passengers of railway, according to the Law of Ukraine "On railway transportation" and Order of service of citizens which use railway approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19.03.97 №252.
