OREANDA-NEWS. July 12, 2011. ATFBank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that its Board of Directors  took the following decisions on several non-arm's length deals, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- a) treasury deals concluded with members of the UniCredit group from April 1, 2011 to April 30, 2011 have been ratified;

- b) deals concluded by the Transactional Corporate Products department with members of the UniCredit group from April 1, 2011 to April 30, 2011 have been ratified;

- c) the additional agreement to the Agreement on Opening and Maintaining a Correspondent Account with Ukrsotsbank dated June 19, 2011 has been approved;

- d) issuance of Visa cards for the Chairman of Management Board of UniCredit Bank (Kyrgyzstan).
