OREANDA-NEWS. July 12, 2011. The Government is obliged to cooperate routinely with different layers of a society for improvement of quality of spent reforms. It was declared by the First vice Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Andriy Klyuyev, making comments on introduction by the Parliament of corrections into the Tax Code.

According to him it is important to trace consequences of the accepted decisions and in a timely manner to bring corrective amendments.

Andriy Klyuyev declared, that the bill approved last week considers the analysis of practice of application of norms of the Tax Code and it is called up to settle a major part of problem questions.

The First vice Prime Minister informed, that some terms were specified, a number of formulations were written out more correctly for their unequivocal interpretation, there were the items, concerning reductions of volumes of the tax reporting. Also conditions and formalities were written more neatly and representatives of a revenue services should adhere them to have the right to inspect the enterprise, Andrey Klyuyev said. Also, as he noted, checks of small business were limited.

"We will continue work on simplification of a life of businessmen – we still much need to do. On the one hand, it is important to cooperate with representatives of business, to consider their offers, to reduce administrative barriers, with another – in a timely manner to respond to corruption displays", - the First vice Prime Minister noted.
