OREANDA-NEWS. July 12, 2011. Please, be informed that as from 6 August 2011 shall enter into effect amendments to AS DnB NORD Banka General Business Terms and Conditions, reported the press-centre of DnB NORD Banka.

According to the amendments is modified definition of the term "Bank-related party", adjusted the title of the Payment Services and Electronic Money Act as well as introduced the following amendments to the section of General Business Terms and Conditions that regulates confidentiality and personal data protection: 

is stipulated the Bank's right to process the private individual's data for the purpose of execution of the market or public opinion researches and analyses and/or the customer polls and forward the private individuals' data and privileged information to persons assigned with the task to conduct such researches or polls;

is replenished the description of persons to whom the Bank is entitled to forward private individuals' data and privileged information, if such forwarding is required for the Bank to be able to provide services to the customers, perform its liabilities or secure discharge of functions and/or operational activities.
