OREANDA-NEWS. July 11, 2011. Eight Russian tourists injured in a road traffic incident in Turkish region of Belek are Ingosstrakh OJSIC policy holders.

The accident happened today at about 6:00, Turkish time. A minibus with 11 persons (8 tourists, 2 Tez Tour guides and the driver) was going from Antalya Airport. According to preliminary investigation, the driver was blinded by the sun and lost control of the minibus.

The injured people were taken to Aspendos hospital, Anadolu-Antalya private hospital and Anadolu Belek hospital. According to preliminary information, two tourists are in grave condition. Others received medium severity injuries.

All the tourists have policies that cover their medical expenses abroad in the amount of USD 15,000.

Representatives of Ingosstrakh OJSIC assistant company urgently went to the hospitals and keep regular contact with the injured persons, their families, doctors and local authorities.
