OREANDA-NEWS. July 11, 2011. Jien Nickel held its stakeholders’ meeting in Haihang Changbaishan Hotel in Changchun City. Some directors, supervisors and higher management of Jien Nickel and lawyer attended the meeting. This meeting was convoked by board of directors of Jien Nickel and hosted by Mr. Wu Shu, Chairman of Jien Nickel, reported the press-centre of Jien Nickel.

As voting shareholders and authorized representatives, 4 people attended this meeting, represented 449,761,366 shares, which accounted for 55.45% of share capital.

The shareholders voted different kinds of proposals by open ballot and passed 11 proposals included 2010 Work Report of Board of Directors, Work Report of Board of Supervisors and Financial Statements Scheme and so on. The meeting passed the proposal on “Nominating Mr. Li Jingfeng as director of Jien Nickel” through cumulative voting.

Mr. Wu Shu, Director of HOROC Group, Chairman of Jien Nickel answered and explained to issues which stakeholders concerned.
