OREANDA-NEWS. July 08, 2011. The total assets of UPB reached UAH 2 milliard 960 million, the financial result of the activity made up UAH 32.84 million. The Balance capital of the Bank grew up to UAH 579.46 million, reported the press-centre of UPB.

All requirements for forming obligatory reserves, specific reserves on active bank transactions on fulfilling statutory ratios regulated by the National Bank of Ukraine are fully met.

The Ukrainian Professional Bank is a professional party to the stock market and acts on the basis of the Written Permit of the National Bank of Ukraine No. 132-3 of September 14th, 2005 and the License of the State Commission for Securities and Stock Market, serial AB No. 113407 of 27.10.2004, that entitles it to conduct professional operations at the stock market, in particular:

issuing and circulation of securities;

depositary operations as a stock custodian;

keeping register of inscribed stock owners.
