OREANDA-NEWS. July 07, 2011. Ukio bankas has opened Sanciai Client Service Unit located in the new shopping centre Norfa premises at Juozapaviciaus str. 84, Kaunas. It is the first client service unit in Kaunas equipped according to the modern Ukio bankas client service conception. The unit is oriented to the demands of private as well as corporate clients and will offer all relative banking services, reported the press-centre of Ukio bankas.

„Sanciai Client Service Unit is located in the new shopping centre Norfa. People flow is big in this part of the city since there is Sanciai Clinics, Kaunas Companies Department of State Tax Inspectorate, many manufacture, industrial companies. We have not had Ukio bakas client service unit in this part of the city before, therefore we suppose that it will be convenient for private and corporate clients”, - said Dalia Arlauskiene, Deputy Manager for Client Servicing of Ukio bankas Kaunas Branch.

Sanciai Client Service Unit is equipped in state of art manner, according to the modern client service conception. It is furnished with comfortable seats at the servicing tables as well as settees where clients may sit while waiting for their turn. There is a terminal as in other units where the clients may use electronic banking services. Various interior elements of the unit – carpets, chandeliers, furniture and others were made specially for Ukio bankas according to uniform project. Colours of Lithuanian nature dominate in the interior – different wood, linen, amber shades create cosy atmosphere.

4 employees work in the Sanciai Client Service Unit. The unit will serve its clients on Mondays – Fridays from 9:00 to 18:00, on Saturdays – from 9:00 to 13:00. The new unit was moved from premises in Vaisvydava district.

Presently, Ukio bankas client service network consists of 12 branches and 47 client service units, located in 29 cities of the country.
