ROSNO Wins Golden Salamander Premium in Two Nominations
OREANDA-NEWS. July 07, 2011. The jury of the Golden Salamander Premium has awarded victory to OJSC IC ROSNO in two nominations: "Popularization of Insurance" and "Insurance Innovation of the Year" (in the nomination "New Insurance Product)", reported the press-centre of ROSNO.
The eighth solemn ceremony awarding the insurance premium Golden Salamander was held in the Ritz Carlton Hotel.
The victory in the nomination "Popularization of Insurance" was awarded to ROSNO for its participation in the large-scale marketing project "Encyclopedia of a Young Citizen" launched last year with support of the Ministry of Sports, Tourism and Youth Policy across the RF. Along with their first passports, young Russians were presented a CD disc with an entertainment and educational information. The disc included the insurance material prepared by ROSNO and thematic Butterfly Effect electronic game which explained the advantages of the insurance as a financial protection tool.
The premium in the nomination "Insurance Innovation of the Year" (category "New Insurance Product) was awarded to IC ROSNO for the innovative motor insurance product "Avtoaptechka" (Car Medical Kit). This is a unique product intended for those clients who for some reasons are not willing to purchase MOD insurance policy against all risks, though also not planning to leave their cars without insurance coverage at all. "Avtoaptechka" covers repairs of cars damaged in traffic accidents at the certified car maintenance stations, irrespective of whether the insurant is a guilty party or an aggrieved party.
