OREANDA-NEWS. July 06, 2011. In Moscow an annual CJSC “Nordavia-RA” shareholders meeting took place.

The shareholders have approved the financial report of CJSC “Nordavia-RA” for 2010. From the basic industrial parameters CJSC “Nordavia-RA” has grown significantly in 2010 in comparison with the previous period. An efficiency of aircraft exploitation has improved: even though the aircrafts park volume has been reduced- the number of transported passengers has grown by 28 % and reached 1 400 000 persons. During 2010 there were 9 aircrafts removed from exploitation such as TU 134. The park of aircrafts consists of 20 units, including 15 Boeing 737-500 and 5 aircrafts such as Аn 24 and Аn 26. An average seat occupation level has reached 72% for the first time in the history of the company. This is also because of the commercial cooperation with JSC “Aeroflot”.

The financial results of CJSC “Nordavia-RA” according to the accounting report results for 2010 based on Russian standards of accounting reporting system are positive and have reached 69 million rubles.
