OREANDA-NEWS. July 6, 2011. At the year meeting of shareholders new Council of Directors of JSC "PO "Sevmash" was selected for 2011-2012 years.

Under new regulations Council of Directors of JSC "PO "Sevmash" was decreased from 11 to 7 people. Today it consists of Deputy of Director General of FSUE "Rosoboronexport" Igor Sevastyanov, Director General of JSC "PO "Sevmash" Andrey Dyachkov, member of military-industrial committee of the Government of the RF Vladimir Pospelov, Director of Department of industry of SC "Bank of development and international economic activity" Andrey Sapelin, Director of Department of shipbuilding industry and marine technique of Ministry of industry and trade of Russia Leonid Strugov, President of JSC "OSK" Roman Trotcenko, Vice-president of JSC "OSK" Anatoly Tukov.
