OREANDA-NEWS. July 05, 2011. Danabank (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that on August 1, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. starts its shareholders special general meeting, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The sole issue on the agenda is election of the bank Board of Directors independent director.

The meeting will be held at Dostyk ave. 91/2, Almaty. Participants of the meeting will be registered from 10:00 a.m.

The list of shareholders entitled to take part in the meeting has been drawn up as of June 30, 2011.

In case of no quorum the repeated meeting of the bank shareholders will be held on August 8, 2011 at the same time and place.

Shareholders can obtain details of the agenda within ten days before the meeting date at Dostyk ave. 91/2, Almaty.
