OREANDA-NEWS. From 01 August 2011 Conditions of the Customer Agreement on Financial Instruments and Additional Conditions of the Supplementary Agreement of the Agreement on Securities Account and Provision of Securities Services (hereinafter together Conditions) will be partly amended as follows, reported the press-centre of Sampo Pank:

1) Following clauses and their respective sub-clauses of Conditions of the Customer Agreement on Financial Instruments are partly amended 10.6. and 10.7. and there are added clauses 10.8. and 14.1.(XVII). Customers can familiarize themselves with the amended wording of the Conditions in all Sampo Pank`s branches.

2) Following clauses of Additional Conditions of the Supplementary Agreement of the Agreement on Securities Account and Provision of Securities Services (concluded after 10.06.2010) are partly amended 3.4. and 3.5. and there are added clauses 2.6. and 3.7. Customers can familiarize themselves with the amended wording of the Conditions in all Sampo Pank`s branches as well as here.

3) Following clauses of Additional Conditions of the Supplementary Agreement of the Agreement on Securities Account and Provision of Securities Services (concluded before 10.06.2010) are added 3.5. Customers can familiarize themselves with the amended wording of the Conditions in all Sampo Pank`s branches.

For Agreements that have been concluded between the Bank and its customers upon the Customer Agreement of Financial Instruments (including the standard terms and conditions of this agreement) prior to 30 June 2011, the legal acts effective in respect of the financial collateral agreements before 30 June 2011 are applicable.

If a customer disagrees with the new Conditions, he/she/it is entitled to initiate cancellation of the above-named agreements at any of the Bank`s branches until 30 July 2011, at the latest. In case the customer has not cancelled the agreement by the above deadline, he/she/it is deemed to have agreed to the new Conditions.
