OREANDA-NEWS. July 4, 2011. The management of Uralkali (LSE: UKLA), one of the world’s largest potash producers, have rewarded 141 Uralkali’s Best Employees of 2010.

The Best Employee is the main Company’s award following the results of the past year. The candidates for award are Uralkali’s employees who showed high labour productivity, scrupulously and qualitatively performed their duties, and did not have punishments for breach of workplace discipline. The candidate for the Best Employee Award can be proposed either by senior or by his colleagues, which is especially valuable.

The award is given in four nominations: Professionalism, Team work, Transfer of experience, Prospects. The best employees are awarded with a certificate of honor and a commemorative token.

The best employees of 2010 participated in a game called “Aerobatics” on the territory of the former airport of the town of Berezniki. After that the awarding ceremony took place where the management of the company congratulated the best employees. The final part of the festivities was a banquet with a concert and dancing.
