We remind you that according to the Act of Ukraine “Of non-state pension provision” the member of Corporative Pension Fund “Stirol” can get the pension payment in the following cases:

Reaching the age limit. This age can be by 10 years more or less from the state. Therefore, women can apply for a payment, reaching the age of 45, and men 50.

Getting any disability group by the participant;

Critical Health condition of the participant (cancer, cardiovascular accident, heart attack)

Departure to the permanent place of residence outside of Ukraine;

Death of the participant (in case of death the pension savings passes to his heirs).

At application filling out it is necessary to:

The copy all passport pages and identification code. The copies should be certified by personal signature of the participant and to put the assurance date. There must be paste in the passport the photos of 25 and 45 years old. If there is no photo with this age, passport is considered to be not real; accordingly, there will be no payment to the participant.

The administrator makes a payment only to the participant’s bank requisites (to plastic card, on current account). The participant, who submits documents for payment, should know and note his bank requisites in the application form for payment.

The participants, who have the right for disability pension payment receipt, should provide medical commission certificate for getting disability group, and the copies of passport and identification code.

The participants, who have the right for pension payment in connection with the critical health condition, should besides the copies of the passport and identification code, provide the hospital certificate of the critical health condition, where this participant proceeded with the treatment;

The heirs of the dead participants should provide besides the identification documents the copy of death certificate of the participant and the original or certified copy of the certificate of inheritance rights.
