OREANDA-NEWS. July 4, 2011. Agenda of BOD meeting covered issues related to OJSC TANECO main areas of production and economic activities. Director for Economics and Finance Vladimir Fedotov reported on implementing the 2011 Budget and adhering to the budget parameters. Information on financing and utilization of investment funds since project activities began was also presented.

Executive Directors of OJSC TANECO approved the July and III quarter Financing Plan to complete commissioning activities and shift to the Complex commercial operation.

Actions taken to receive permit documentation for operation of industrial facilities were told by Deputy Technical Director – Head of Industrial Safety Department Mars Arslanov.

Engineering Team Leader for JSC Tatneft Hydrocracking Project Realization Division Victor Pavlenko reported on the 1B Start-up Complex engineering and issue of purchase orders.

A number of other OJSC TANECO financing and operating issues were addressed by BOD.
