Those who over 20 years completing the land reform only in words, brought the village about poverty and ruin", - the Minister assured.

"Due to the completion of the land reform it will be held an inventory of land and created a transparent circulation of agricultural land, land values increase several times, the village will get jobs and it will be restored and preserved fertile land. In addition, completion of the land reform will stop not only narrow political debate around this issue, but will prevent massive buying up by oligarchs of large areas of land, the land owners will be able to attract loans and rural infrastructure will evolve", - Mykola Prysyazhnyuk said.

"We shall go to each village and we shall explain to people benefit from completion of the land reform. In fact today the Ukrainian peasant intimidated by ludicrous myths about introduction into circulation of agricultural lands", - the Minister stressed.
