OREANDA-NEWS. July 01, 2011. Shen Heting, President of MCC Limited, met with Vice President Yi Huiman of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) at MCC Building on June 1, 2011. Both parties conducted friendly discussion under warm atmosphere on strengthening the strategic collaboration between the bank and the enterprise, reported the press-centre of MCC Limited.

Shen Heting extended gratitude to the essential support offered by ICBC during the past years. According to Shen, MCC Limited has been actively implementing its social responsibility as a central enterprise, made remarkable achievements in development of affordable housing works in the whole country and was thus placed with a high premium by State-owned Assets Supervision Administration Commission (SASAC) and the whole community. Furthermore, responding to the call of the state government under the global presence strategy, MCC Limited laid emphasis on the exploration of overseas market and witnessed a rapid continuous growth in the overseas business.

Shen expected ICBC to actively participate the affordable housing projects undertaken by MCC Limited, extend support to the overseas business development (especially in the Middle East). By means of the Comprehensive Credit Granting between the bank and the enterprise, the capital and debt management expertise of MCC Limited would be further enhanced, Shen said. Yi Huiman expressed sincere thanks to the support of MCC Limited. He pointed out that, ICBC would continue to offer quality service in line with the requirements of MCC Limited, and spared no efforts in assisting MCC in development of affordable housing program and overseas business. Yi promised to improve the overall coordination of the bank and provide more favorable conditions for the Comprehensive Credit Granting and capital settlement.

The other attendees present at the meeting included: the relevant leaders of MCC Limited; Chairman of MCC Real Estate Co., Ltd. (MCC RE); Business Director of ICBC; Vice General Manager of No. 1 and No. 2 Business Division of ICBC; and Vice President of ICBC Beijing Branch.
