ABC Sannong Customer Service Center Laid Foundation in Chengdu
OREANDA-NEWS. June 30, 2011. ABC Sannong Customer Service Center held a solemn corner stone laying ceremony in Chengdu, Sichuan. Xiang Junbo, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of ABC, declared the ground breaking. Jiang Jufeng, Governor of Sichuan Province, Huang Xiaoxiang, Vice Governor of Sichuan Province, Xiang Junbo, Chairman of ABC, Yang Kun, Vice President of ABC, and Ge Honglin, Mayor of Chengdu participated in the foundation-laying ceremony. Mr. Huang Xiaoxiang and Mr. Yang Kun delivered speeches at the ceremony, reported the press-centre of ABC.
Mr. Huang Xiaoxiang pointed out that Sannong Customer Service Center was established to honor ABC's commitment to serving agriculture, countryside and farmers (Sannong). It is of great significance to help develop Chengdu into a behind financial service center in Western China, enhance its financial conglomeration and influence ability, improve financial ecological environment, and promote the economic and social construction of Sichuan Province.
Mr. Yang Kun pointed out that Sannong Customer Service Center will be based on Southwestern China with its service covering all over the country. With agro-related service as its objective, customer service representative and automatic voice service system as the major platforms, rural and county-level customers as the target customer base, and diversified services and cross-channel coordination as means, ABC will enhance its comprehensive agro-related service capability, and effectively perform the responsibility of Sannong Customer Service Center as product supporting center, information collection center and information disclosure center. With its 95599 customer services representative covering all the country in a round-the-clock manner, Sannong Customer Service Center has taken over ABC's customer services in eight provinces in middle and western regions of China, including Sichuan, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Henan, etc.. As the business expanding, the number of employees of the center will reach 5,200 in the future.
After its establishment and operation running, Sannong Customer Service Center will become a multi-channel, round-the-clock and one-stop comprehensive customer service institution integrating automatic voice service system and customer service representative.
Sannong Customer Service Center will continuously enhance ABC's comprehensive capability in the field of agro-related services, and strengthen ABC's core competitiveness in rural areas. It is of great importance to serve agro-related services and promote county-level "Blue Ocean" strategy.
Leaders of Sichuan Provincial Government and Chengdu Municipal Government, heads of related departments of ABC and high-end customer representatives participated in the foundation-laying ceremony.
