OREANDA-NEWS. June 30, 2011. The introduction in Ukraine of the land market in times will increase lending to agricultural production, which requires substantial working capital. This was started during a press conference, by the First Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Mykola Bezuglyi.

"Lack of working capital is a major problem in agriculture. We need 100 billion UAH just for the production of grains and oilseeds and livestock industry development", - Mykola Bezuglyi said. He added that the Ukrainian agrarian complex has taken today just 6.5 billion UAH loans. Mykola Bezuglyi emphasized, that carrying out of land reform and introduction of the market of land will enable to use land as the hypnotherapy mortgage or to use the right of rent as the mortgage for reception of the credit.

The First Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food noted that for today all necessary legislative bases for removal of the moratorium on sale of land and regulation of the market of land was prepared. "The basic package of bills on land reform is already prepared and passed to the Verhovna Rada. We predict, that during the last session week the Verhovna Rada would pass the law “On the State agrarian cadastre”", - Mykola Bezuglyi noted.
