Invalda Service Will Supervise Buildings
OREANDA-NEWS. June 27, 2011. Facility management company Invalda Service (Inservice) won the tender for the administration of real property, managed by DnB NORD bank subsidiary Intractus and the provision of facility management services. The total area of 40 thousand square meters is currently under the supervision.
“It is the first client of Inservice in bank sector, which we will supervise“, – said the director of Interservice Rimvydas Ramanauskas. According to him, banks and their companies have particularly high requirements. “We are delighted that we have met the quality requirements, and we will seek to justify this assessment and trust”, – told the director of Inservice.
“Our tender selection highlights the recognition of Inservice as a flexible partner in providing facilities management services at competitive pricing that we expect to deliver major efficiencies for us”, – said the head of Intractus Siegfried Skisaker.
Inservice is actively expanding its activity in Lithuania both in the commercial and residential sectors. The total area of the buildings, managed by companies of Inservice group, is almost 1 million square meters.
