OREANDA-NEWS. June 24, 2011. Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Board of Directors on  June 24, 2011 approved a decision of the Listing Commission on accepting the  action plan for averting a transfer of bonds KZ2C0Y05C788, KZ2C00001493 (ALTMb1;  KZT1, KZT2.0 bn, November 1, 2007 - November 1, 2012; semi-annual coupon 12.00 % APR; 30/360) of Almatytemir (Almaty) into the buffer category of KASE official  list.

The said decision of the Listing Commission became effective on June 27, 2011.

The said bonds were included into the "B" category of KASE official list from March 11, 2008, and from September 1, 2008 they were transferred into the second  sub-category of Non-Rated Debt Securities category. From October 2, 2009 due to  Almatytemir's non-compliance with the listing requirement for the auditor  (Almatytemir's Y2008 financial statements were audited by "Dana-Consulting" LLP,  not included into the list of KASE recognized auditors) the said bonds were  transferred into the "buffer category", from October 11, 2010, after removal of  reasons for transfer of the bonds into the "buffer category", the said bonds  were transferred into the second sub-category of "Non-Rated Debt Securities"  category of KASE official list. Trading in them was opened from March 11, 2008.
