OREANDA-NEWS. June 24, 2011. Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE)  Listing Commission dated June 24, 2011, bonds  KZP02Y05D988, KZ2P00001571  (KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn, 5 years; semi-annual coupon 10.00 % APR; 30/360) of  Corporation AIC-Invest (Astana) have been included in the Rated Debt Securities  category of KASE official list.

The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the issuer fulfils terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules".

Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally.

The said bonds' issue is the second one under Corporation AIC-Invest's second bond program registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on  Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations on May 10, 2011 to the total amount of KZT50.0 bn, and the fifth issue of  "internal" bonds of the said issuer which were admitted to KASE listing.

Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan joint-stock company Halyk  Finance (Almaty) and Alibi Securities (Almaty) are underwriters for the said  bonds issue.

Registrator Zerde (Almaty) is the registrar of Corporation AIC-Invest.

The said bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (trading code) APKIb5.

More detailed information on the said bonds' issue will be published on KASE website, after the Listing Commission's decision becomes effective.
