OREANDA-NEWS. June 23, 2011. Starting from June 23, 2011 the additional issue of ordinary shares of OJSC Uralkali (state registration number 1-01-00296-A-004D, 1-01-00296-A-005D as of 28.04.2011) will be admitted to trading in OJSC RTS in the amount of 970,247,905 shares. The principal and additional issues will be traded on the RTS Classica market under the same ticker URKA. The number of ordinary shares before the change – 2,124,390,000 shares, after the change – 3,094,637,905 shares.

Please note that only shares of the Company’s principal issue (state registration number 1-01-00296-A as of 16.01.2004) are admitted to CCP trades.
