OREANDA-NEWS. June 23, 2011. Charter capital of Azersu, Azerbaijan’s national operator of water supply and sewerage, has been increased.

The State Securities Committee reports that an issue of Azersu’s shares was registered under state registration number AZ10000935P.

The Company got the right to issue 20 million shares with par value by 20 manat each.

As a result, operator’s authorized capital will increase by 400 million manat.
