OREANDA-NEWS. June 23, 2011. OJSC Nordea Bank and OJSC Megafon have signed a master agreement on issuing bank guarantees for the period until 31.12.2016.

The agreement envisions a total guarantees limit of 150 million rubles, with the tenor of each guarantee thereunder being at most 3 years.

The cooperation between Nordea Group and Megafon started more than 8 years ago. Since 2002, the Group has been taking an active part in financing the Company’s rapid expansion on the Russian telecom market. Now OJSC Megafon is one of the market leaders. 

The Bank is an active partner of OJSC Megafon in many areas, including loans, deposits, conversions and other transactions.
