OREANDA-NEWS. June 23, 2011. “Currently, there are more than 12 million of Internet users in Ukraine who are customers of banking online products. Day after day, this number increases and list of online services expands. People realize how remote servicing, banking products and services per Internet are convenient”, told about this Alla Shulha, the Deputy Chairman of Kreditprombank, in comments to information portal Prostobank.ua. – “Customers fill the necessary information on the site or provide it by telephone number of information center. Usually it takes no more than 3-5 minutes. Moreover, customers chose time of visit and outlet of the bank convenient by its location, that allows them to plan their day and save time. It should be noted that the interactive calculator on the website allows calculating accurately the income and chose suitable deposit”.

At the end of 2009 it became possible to open deposits online with Kreditprombank after the launch of an updated version of the corporate site. This was the first experience of the bank to sell products and services online. In 2010, the deposits in amount of more than UAH 172 million were made through the site and information center of the bank. “Website section of “online deposits” was changed substantially during operation of “online deposits” of the bank. The main changes concerned more convenient usage of the site and easier navigation of customers – the so-called “usability”. This year, it is planned further increase of deposits online”, emphasized a top manager of Kreditprombank.
