OREANDA-NEWS. June 21, 2011.  The General Shareholders’ Meeting of VAB Bank that took place on 16 June 2011 decided to increase share capital by UAH 600 million (48%), which following the completion of the issue registration shall grow to UAH 1,849 million.

Private placement of the shares shall be completed in August 2011.

Earlier, the Bank’s shareholders increased share capital by UAH 550 million to UAH 1,249 million, the share issue registration was completed in January 2011.
