OREANDA-NEWS. June 21, 2011. Between Ukraine and China final documents concerning the base national project "the Air express train" are signed. Construction of a high-speed railway communication between airport "Borнspol" and Kiev has to begin in the nearest weeks. Except it the final frame arrangements on preferential crediting construction of infrastructural objects of the Kyiv region, in particular Kyiv ring road concluded a treaty. This was started on air of "5" TV channel by the chairman of the State agency for investments and management of national projects Vladyslav Kaskiv.

"Concerning the base national project "the Air express train" final documents, which allow beginning in some weeks construction, today are signed is - I tell it without exaggeration. Also we have frame arrangements, for example, on construction of infrastructural objects of the Kiev region, first of all there is a speech about the beginning of a long-awaited construction Kiev district. Here it is a question of credits.

But, besides, in China there is a specific character: there the status of attitudes between the countries defines by economic interests, the degree of preferential attitudes and the document on strategic partnership is directly correlated with benefit for economic partnership. Ukraine after that document will be able more qualitative, cheaper and much in greater scales to receive credit resources of China on favourable terms", - the Head of the State agency for investments and management of national projects informed.

Vladyslav Kaskiv noted, that conditions on which the agreement on construction of "the Air express train" is signed, significantly became more favourable, in particular the contractor of construction will be the Chinese company, and as subcontractors the domestic, Ukrainian companies will act.
