On June 22, 2011 ordinary shares of JOINT-STOCK company "Sinthez" (RTS Board ticker – sint) will be excluded from the list of RTS Board instruments, due to the information on a shareholder’s offer to buy out these securities made in compliance with the federal law "On Joint Stock Companies", article 84.8.

RTS Board is a bulletin board for indicative quotation of securities (shares, bonds, investment funds) from both Russian and foreign issuers that have not been admitted to trading on OJSC "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange.

At the moment 1774 securities of 1266 companies are included in RTS Board.
