OREANDA-NEWS. June 20, 2011. In connection with opening of the new hypermarket of "Lenta" network in Volzhskiy town of Volgograd region, the company holds a fair of vacancies on 08, 09, 14 and 15 of June

Doors of the fair of vacancies are open for specialists of various trades- from cashiers and managers up to maintenance masters and cooks. "Lenta" invites specialists with work experience to the customer service department, section assistant managers, engineers and masters of the maintenance service, operators of databases, cooks of the production departments. In the vacancies not demanding work experience, "Lenta" expects to employ shop assistants- cashiers, logistic assistants, workers of cargo handling area.

During the fair, the company plans to employ about 350 city dwellers. In the first days of its work, over 400 people have visited the fair, part of which were engaged in testing and interviews held with the future managers.

Moreover, working for a large company like "Lenta", any vigorous and goal-oriented person has a great opportunity for career promotion" - Galina Alimova, director for trade store in Volzhskiy, says.

Facts prove that it is quite possible not only to earn good money but also to get a promotion with "Lenta": half of the hypermarket’s employees in Volgograd work there since the date of its opening, and about 20 of them have been appointed to higher positions in the new trade complex in Volzhskiy.

Fair of vacancies is held with support of Volzhskiy Public Employment Centre. Sergey Anisimov, Director of the Centre, noted that this action is an important, socially-significant event for the town. "Employment will positively affect the statistics. By the beginning of the year unemployment rate was about 1,7 %, today – 1,2 % ".

"Lenta" network hypermarket in Volzhskiy, Lenina Avenue, 311 welcomes the first buyers at the end of July later this year.
