OREANDA-NEWS. June 20, 2011. Ukraine and China plan to increase cooperation within the frameworks of specific investment projects.

It was declared by the First vice Prime Minister - Minister of Economic development and Trade of Ukraine Andriy Klyuyev after the ceremony of signing of seven Ukrainian-Chinese documents. The Member of the State Council of the Peoples Republic of China also has taken part in ceremony Dai Bingo.

The Chairman of the State agency on a science, innovations and information of Ukraine Volodymyr Semynozhenko and the Ambassador of Peoples Republic of China Zhang Xiyun have signed the Memorandum of mutual understanding between the State agency on a science, innovations and information of Ukraine and the Ministry of Science and Techniques of the Peoples Republic of China about granting support in creation of the Ukrainian-Chinese Institute of welding by E.O.Paton.

Deputy Head of Odesa regional state administration Peter Hlytsov and the Chairman of the board of corporation “Qitele Group Co. Ltd Zhang Dzinfei have signed the Frame cooperation agreement between corporation "Qitele" and the Odessa regional state administration on establishment of the Chinese -Ukrainian industrial park of innovations.

The Director of LLC "Ubinvest" Andriy Pasichnyk and the General Director of the СМСЕС Sun Bai, as well as the vice-president of board of Industrially-trading bank of the Peoples Republic of China Ms. Van Lili have signed the Frame agreement between Industrially-trading bank of China, the СМСЕС and LLC "Ubinvest" on financing the project "the Ukrainian industrial base of animal industries".

The General director of LLC "Greentech Energy" Sergiy Kolobov and the General director of the СМСЕС Sun Bai have signed the Agreement between LLC "Greentech Energy" and the Chinese national corporation of the machine industry and general contract concerning cooperation in area of solar power.

The General director SE "The Crimean generating systems" Igor Pylypenko and vice-president of corporation “Sinomash” Se Bjao have signed the Cooperation agreement between state enterprise "The Crimean generating systems" and the Chinese national corporation of industrial mechanical engineering “Sinomash” for conditions of realization of the civil-engineering design Combined cycle power stations in Ukraine. The possibility of realization of this project in Tschelkino (АР Crimea) is considered.

The chairman of the board of PLC "Lysychanskvugillya" Valeriy Kovshar and president of company "Tyandi" U Dechzeng have signed the Agreement between OLC "Lysychanskvugillya" and Scientifically-technological company "Tyandi" about technical reequipment and modernization of mine D.F.Melnikov (PL "Lysychanskvugillya").

The Chairman of Ivano-Frankivsk RSA Mychailo Vyshyvanjuk and the vice-president of board of the state corporation “Wuhuan Engineering Co. Ltd Wang Dzyai, as well as the president of LLC "Kitpred" Dan Sjaosju have signed the Commercial contract between Ivano-Frankivsk RSA, the Chinese state corporation "Wuhuan Engineering Co. Ltd" and president of enterprise with foreign investments "Kitpred" on reconstruction of a factory of potash fertilizers in town Kalush.
