OREANDA-NEWS. June 20, 2011. The final stage of National SIFE competition program (Students In Free Enterprise) in Ukraine was held in Premier-Palace hotel.  SIFE Program in our country unites 500 students from 18 teams. Six best teams from Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Kharkiv and Sevastopil received the right of participation in the competition. Students presented their projects accomplished during academic year that covered economic, ecological and social spheres and demonstrated extraordinary creative approach of youth to solution of persistent problems of society. More than 50 judges – representatives of Ukrainian and international companies, including Kreditprombank, were invited to assess projects and chose the winners.

SIFE team of Vinnytsia National Technical University won the competition. This is the team that will represent Ukraine in SIFE World Cup in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) in October of the current year.

SIFE is the biggest student program in the world that involves 48 thousand of participants from 39 countries. More than 1.500 student teams take part in SIFE and learn the foundations of free entrepreneurship and create new economic possibilities for society. The best teams from each country annually gather for SIFE World Cup to decide the Winner of SIFE world.
