OREANDA-NEWS. June 20, 2011. PJSC “Kreditprombank” paid in full the bond issue of series F with total nominal value of UAH 350 million. 96 499 bonds were in circulation at the moment of repayment. Interest income was paid together with nominal value for 16-th interest period at the rate of UAH 42.38 per 1 bond.

Issue of four year bonds of series F was registered by Securities and Stock Market State Commission on 05 June, 2007. During all period of bonds circulation the bank made payments of interest income in time. Interest rate for first eight interest periods was set in amount of 11.5% per annum; for ninth to sixteenth interest periods – 17% per annum.

Currently the bonds of PJSC “Kreditprombank” of series C, D, G for total nominal value of UAH 600 million are in circulation. Bonds of the above series are in exchange list of exchange “PFTS Stock Exchange”.
