OREANDA-NEWS. June 20, 2011. AS "PrivatBank" informs that on 15.06.2011., the Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia, based on the Latvian Commercial Law, made a decision to register the shareholders’ decision of 23.03.2011 on increasing the bank’s equity capital to 106 470 000 LVL. Currently we are taking appropriate actions to acquire the necessary permits according to Paragraph 5 of Section 29 of the Latvian Credit Institution Law.
