OREANDA-NEWS. June 17, 2011. VTB Bank branch in Veliky Novgorod provided the Novgorod Region Government with RUB 500 mln credit facilities to finance the regional budget deficit.

The open tender for this credit facilities agreement was held on 26 May, 2011.
